Ragi (Finger Millet) is usally the first stable food that people in TamilNadu will start for their kids. As it is easy to digest it is provided in form of Kanji, Powder, Paal Mavu to kids. As it is very rich in Calcium it is very good for women. It is very much important to limit the usage of Rice and wheat in order add Millets like Kambu as part of our diet.
