WHAT IS SO SPECIAL ABOUT OUR NOODLES?

Noodles is made with whole wheat flour and no refined wheat or Maida is used,

Noodles are baked using steam where the commercial instant noodles are oil fried.

Noodles comes with a masala packet to enhance its taste. We are happy to share with you that our masala has no added Monosodium Glutamate (MSG) in it and this makes the product very safe for kids and health conscious consumers.

Ingredients : Whole Wheat Flour, Moringa Leaf Powder, Water, Salt.

NOODLES MASALA INGREDIENTS
Corn Flour, Fried Gram, Sugar, Salt, Chilli, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Turmeric, Star Anise, Poppy Seed, Asafoetida Powder, Cassia, Cloves, Nutmeg

Contains : Moringa Wheat Noodles – முருங்கை கோதுமை நூடுல்ஸ் – 200 Grams

PREPARATION

1.Boil 1.5 liter water for 5 to 6 minutes.

2.Add 200g moringa noodles and a Spoon of oil and boil for funher 6 minutes.

3. Filter excess water in boiled noodles and add cold water to it. Then drain the water.

4. Add oil in a hot pan and fiy well the chopped onions, capsicum, carrot and beans.

5. Add noodles masala and saute on medium flame. Then add boiled noodles along with it and saute well. Salt already added in masala. If necessary add a required amount of salt.

6. Now the delicious Moringa Wheat Noodles is ready to serve.
