Got this Nelli (Amla in Hindi and Indian Gooseberry in English) juice bottle shipped to USA in 4 days. This is actually a bottle of concentrate. So I prepare the glass of healthy juice taking 3 bottle cap-sized portions of the concentrate with a glass of water (400 ml). NO SUGAR NEEDED TO BE ADDED. Tastes good. Overtime you will start to feel the health benefits of having an Amla juice everyday.
