Speciality: Uppu Kari is one of the most oldest chicken dish of Tamil people. This dish was originally prepared when people go on hunting where there is no accessibility of other supporting raw materials. So people started using only Chillies and Salt to make this very tasty and unique Chicken Dish. This is the most easiest and tastiest Chicken recipe of all times. The chicken gets cooked only with the hotness of Chilli which adds up unique taste and make this a most delightful Chicken dish of all times.  Shelf Life: 120 Days

Prepration: For 1 Kg Chicken

1) Add 150ml of Gingelly oil in hot pan.

2) Add 50 gm Uppu Kari Masala and Fry for 10 Seconds.

3) Add 20 nos of Garlic and 1 kg chicken  and mix it well.

4) Cook For 10 minutes and add required water, cook until Uppu Kari is  ready to Serve.
