Product Native: This Special traditional recipe is from the fertile land scape of Gobichettipalayam, TamilNadu (India)

Specialty: Traditional Mutton Masala made in traditional way using Wooden Stove (Viragaduppu). Thus production is limited but the taste would be on par with the Mutton Masala’s that were grinded in Ammi Kal. The special flavor and added taste is because of the usage of Chillies from Thengumarahada a remote village of Tamil Nadu. All the ingredients used are sun dried and very unique traditional ingredients like Roja Muthu were added to match our village style preparation. 100 Gms of masala would suffice for 1 KG of Mutton.

Ingredients: Bay leaf, Coriander, Thengumarahada Red Chilli, Kolli Hills Black pepper, Cumin, Curry leaves, pineapple flower, Cinnamon, Clove , cardamom, Fennel.
