Specialty: “Ayya” that is how people fondly call the maker of this snack in this area. At the age of 84 he still stand before the burner every day to make this snack. He got the deeper understanding of this snack making, he even adjust the combination based on the climate conditions so that the taste does not change. He left his well paying job in 70’s and started making few snack varieties purely because of the passion. His passion still stands out even at the age of 84. His snacks are always a delight to taste.
