2) Pack of additional ingredients for Idli Mix (Cashew, Pepper, Jeera, Dry ginger Powder, Paal Perungayam)

Preparation Method :
1) Add water to the Idli mix to bring in equivalent consistency as regular Idli flour
2) Keep the mix for 8 hours so that the flour will turn good for preparation
3) Add Pepper, Cashew and other items that are sent along with the idli mix
4) Add few curry leaves and couple of spoons of peanut oil
5) Mix the flour and keep it ready
6) Get the two baskets sent along with the package with Mandarai leaf
7) Fill the basket with Idli mix
8) Keep the Idli vessel ready with water
9) Place one bottom plate of Idli vessel and keep both the baskets above the plate
10) Close the Idli vessel and wait for 30 minutes
11) Check with the spoon and make sure the Idli is cooked
12) Tasty Kanchipuram Idli is ready to serve with Mandarai Leaf
