Product Native: This unique Idli Podi is from the traditional rich region Tirunelveli of TamilNadu. This is a home grown traditional product of a specific community in this region.

Specialty: This Idli Podi is made with all the ingredients that are procured directly from the known farmers. All the production process were manual including drying of the raw materials. Thus it provides the grand flavor, taste and aroma. Special Bubble Chillies (Gundu Milagai) were used for this Idli podi and it is fried using very specific traditional process. This is grinded using a special technique so that the granularity of the product is little bigger rather than the powder. Thus we can feel the taste while chewing this Idli Podi. This would be the primary side dish for Idli or Dosa in almost all the Marriage functions in this region.
