Few decades back these pickles were made by drying them in Sun and keeping them in mud pot during night times. This process dries out the moisture content in the pickle and makes it more tastier. Thus it keeps the pickle retain its taste even for a year without usage of any preservative.
This pickle is made in same traditional method and it takes three months for preparing this Pickle. Taste the original traditional village flavor pickle.
