Now a days Ragi Milk has been recommended for grown ups as a staple diet. Thus it helps in reducing the weight and increasing the bone strength. Step 1: Take the required quantity of Ragi paal katti and mix it well with water.

Step 2: Heat the mixture and add milk/Buttermilk as per your requirements.

Step 3: Add sugar/salt as per your requirement.

Step 4: Now the Ragi paal mix is ready to consume.
