The secret of the taste lies in the way it is soaked and produced. It is soaked for 3 hours and the production process starts immediately after that. Thus the Murukku when fried comes out with very unique taste. The addition of Pepper add up to the taste. Completely home made with 100% manual processing.

As pepper is added it will digest easily and will not trouble the stomach even if we take many numbers of Murukku at a time.
