If needed we will request for a photo with in 24 hours and the refund will be processed immediately once the necessary details are provided. We will make sure your refund process in hassle free.<\/p><p><strong>Cancellation<\/strong><\/p><p>Any of the order placed with NativeSpecial.com will be subject to cancelation before shipping. Any cancelation request should reach us before the shipping of the products. This will not apply to custom packaed products that are packed specially for a customer. In such cases cancellation will not be entertained. If the order was cancelled before shipment the refund will be 100%.
